This isn't the same thing as what I have done to the 5300cs (if that's 
where you got the idea... ;-)  This modification is a lot easier to do 
and will probably work more reliably.  However, you won't be getting 
the same thing as a 3400/240 (which still has a 40MHz bus, IIRC).  If 
you manage to get the 200MHz CPU up that fast, your machine will be 
_faster_ than a 3400/240.  I bet that's just what you wanted to hear, 
eh? ;-)
