My screens have different part numbers (250 = 620-0319 revA, 280 = 
620-0499), and different cables of course (each cable has 2 PNs - 250 = 
821-0017A & 632-0010A, 280 = 821-0045B & 632-0043A). Everything else 
inside the lid is identical as far as I can see, plastics, hinges, PCBs, 
other cables, etc. I plugged the 280's cable into the 250 screen 
assembly, plopped the whole mess onto my 280's chassis and it fired up 
fine.

I haven't put the 280 screen on any other Duos, but I'd like to see if a 
230 will drive it. I don't see why not though as a 250 is pretty much 
just a 230 with the active screen.

so, now y'all know, feel better now?  : >)

PS: while apart, anyone want me to try and find the OEM info on the 
screens?
