It seems that they have acknowledged that ther is an "issue" (classic 
AppleSpeak for "we know there's a problem, but we aren't fessing up 
to responsibility") with receiving Maclaunch mail at mac.com...

Below is what the moderator for one of the support forums said.

We are aware of an issue preventing messages originating from the 
maclaunch.com domain from being delivered to Mac.com recipients. We 
are addressing this and will have it resolved as soon as possible.
