I've come upon this mistaken idea numerous times, that PRAM batteries are the same type as lithium watch or camera batteries. NOT! Sorry, to clear up what I meant, they are watch *type* cells. They are still very common, and if you disassemble your PRAM battery, the battery numbers are listed right on the cells.
