Dedicated single-board computers for climate control in greenhouses. I only
worked there as an intern for three months, years ago. They don't make 'em
anymore. Well, I'm sure they make those climate control thingies still, but
not with 68040's.

Only place I know where to find them now is as Mad Dog said; either direct
from Motorola at $216, or scavenged from some other device.
