Of course you can. Use the ADB jack on the back, and any ADB mouse.

Apple (and others) sold a cool matching grey low-power-consumption 
Powerbook mouse,
but these are next to impossible to find.  I was told that the later 
round mouse (Mouse II) is more energy-efficient (ie cmos circuitry). 
I use an ancient square classic mouse, cause I like the feel of it 
much better, and it's a bit smaller.
