What modem do you have selected in the Modems control panel?
If you're getting that far it isn't the script...more likely it's the modem, or the phone connection.
The modem script is the little modem file you choose in the Modem control panel.
Burrow through Diamond's web site (I forget who bought them now) they should have the script.
