190/5300 displays

[Beniamino Cenci Goga]

As I learnt that the screens are interchangeable 
between 190/5300 gray, color, acive or passive 
matrix, now I would like to see whether I can 
replace a dead TFT 5300 screen with a new one.

The problem is that the only good case I have is a PB 190 one.

The cable that connects the LCD to the logic 
board is the same for B/W and color 190/5300 
displays?
