I've got one of these installed in my PB500, and really never had a chance
to use it--had DSL or ethernet available most of the times I wanted to go
online with the powerbook. I now have a need (actually, this coming
thurs. :) ) to use the modem so I can dial in to my ISP from a remote
number. I can't however, seem to hit the right combination using ProTerm
Mac, to configure the internal modem--I either get port errors, no modem
connected, or port already in use. (Who's using it I'd like to know! :) )

Does anyone have the right combination for this puppy so I can dial from
the hotel room and get online? (the hotel doesn't offer DSL--they have
one computer, with a modem, with dedicated AOL or MSN dialup only.
sheesh!)

Thanks!

Later.................Howard
