Sure.

Apple doesn't like rework as it increases manufacturing cost and reduces 
reliability. Not withstanding that, some low volume boards have rework for their 
entire lifetime. The second revision of the LaserWriter Plus I/O board comes 
immediately to mind.

The 5xx's PCMCIA Rev. B card cage's PCB was probably "rolled" as they 
eliminated the need for rework.

The Rev. C board was dramatically different from the A and B.
