Hello Henri: When you get the shiny metal LCD screen out, you have to disassemble the LCD assembly. You will need very small Phillips and blade screwdrivers. You can get such from Radio Shack or other electronic supply stores. You may also be able to find the fluorescent bulb there also. You will probably have to ask the clerk to order it for you.
