I believe LowEndMac.com has overviews of essentially every Mac.  As usual,
at these speeds & higher, the lowest bandwidth device, which determines the
overall throughput, is likely to be the carbon-based unit attached to the
keyboard. ;-)

Seriously, I *think* that the G4 in the 12" PB has a larger L2 cache.  I
think it may also have the better graphics card, but I'm not sure.  I'm sure
there will be a few comparisons done -- check on xlr8yourmac.com and see if
they've got anything yet.

You'll probably get a larger volume of informed opinion if you post this
question over on the 'G3 or better Powerbooks' list.
