Eric, I've not had that problem with the WaMCom build.

I have seen the slow text typing in the URL bar before, but I think that was with an
actual Mozilla or Netscape build and not the WaMCom build, as I don't have that issue
anymore at all and I can't remember doing anything other than an install to correct
it.

The only thing I get is sometimes WaMCom won't return to the front visually, even
though the taskbar (I have my app bar thingy across the bottom horizontally) shows it
the active application. Normally just some pesky ad waiting to load/resolve on the
page I am trying to load (dial-up). Once it loads it pops back to the front. IE does
similar for me on the same ad laden pages.

Make sure you have RAM for it too. Not sure what you have in the 3400, but it takes
20+ real MB's of free RAM to run effectively.

Anyone else get wierd flash crashes in IE? My flash 6x + IE 5.1.7 do not play well
together at all.

That doesn't exhibit the same stupid bug that Netscape 7 has, where it'll
randomly decide not to load a page and you have to hammer on reload for
40-50 times before the page finally loads, does it?
