I have a PB5300cs running OS8.6. I want to use a Dayna Communicard Plus 28,800/14,000 bps combo Ethernet/Modm card. I get ethernet connections easily but not modem connections. I cannot get the card to work on dial-up modem in any computer. The message keeps coming back that the serial port is in use. I even trashed the Appletalk preferences. Is it the wrong driver or the actual hardware in the card? I would appreciate the answer or a good driver to use. (I use their 2.3 driver now)
