.. otherwise when the machine boots it isn't recognised & has to be manually ejected with a paperclip ...
. .. . and this is easily forgotten at the end of a long day. Results - a well-worn card cage and repeated reboots.
So .. I wonder if someone with knowledge of Applescript could tell me if it is possible to write a script that would eject the card? Then I could (I think?) put this script in the Shut-down items folder and not have to remember about doing it myself.
