Anywhere to find out info on the Global Village internal modems (not the PC
card) found in 520c's?

What information are you looking for? They are 19.2kbps modems, and 14.4kbps fax. As far as I know, Global Village was the only company that made a modem for the 500-series. It takes a GV driver to use them. If you don't have it, let me know, I have the images stored on my dotmac page. They also had some OCR software bundled that required 12MB RAM to use. That was a lot back then, I remember paying over $100 for an 8MB chip, while the modem listed at $319. I got mine for $269 by asking for an education discount.
