Actually, I always thought that exception existed. Aside from the processor, the Kanga has almost zero in common w/ the other G-series Pbooks.I, for one, always treated it as loosely on topic (and the Wallstreet as loosely one-off), but the Kanga is technically a G-Books PowerBook.

I think we discussed that a couple of months ago and everyone agreed that the Kanga was OK for this forum, since it is basically a 3400c with a factory-installed G3 upgrade, and has more in common with the Pre-G3 PPC 'Books than the other G-Books. After all, we allow discussion of 1400s and 2400s with G3 upgrades.
We did discuss that, and that was the consensus (not counting any lurkers that didn't contribute to the discussion - there are some 500 - 600 people on this list!). Unfortunately, the nanny and/or listmom never chimed in. So that message was probably not received by the admins.
Beverly, do you have any ideas on that?
