I am also trying to figure out if it can run the airport software. I installed os 9 (quite slow now...) but the airport packege needs a G3, so I extracted the extensions with tome viewer, but still nothing.

This might have saved you some effort. At the bottom of the page, look for AirPort 1.3.1 patcher: <http://www.alksoft.com/personal/stuff.html>

AirPort doesn't require a G3, the documentation just says it does. It really only requires a PCI-based PowerBook like the 3400c or newer. It won't work on the 5300, 1400, or any 68k.

Peace,
Drew
