Yes I am very sad as well. I loved that thing and spent so much time and money on it, but I'm in college and need money / a more powerful computer.
However I plan to sometime in the future do it all again, and now that I have the experience, not make any of the mistakes I did the first time around. I was also thinking of perhaps starting a small service, "upgrading" 240mhz PowerBook 3400cs to 265mhz models for like $20 a pop (plus shipping). Anyone have any opinions about how that would fly? I thought this may be a good idea since so far as I can find, my 265mhz 3400c is the only existing 265mhz 3400c. The Hooper Hot Rodding web page has received so much enthusiasm since I introduced it in December, I was a bit overwhelmed. Thanks again all! Look for me on the G-List when I start souping up my Wallstreet! on 6/17/04 7:20 AM, Volk (contractor) at [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > Dan, > > I've saved all your emails on the mods you've done, I'm a fan of the 3400 > also, almost sorry to see you're selling it. > > Roger -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
