Is fwb is a scsi drive utility. The 5300 and 190 use internal IDE HD's. Your
zip may run off of scsi? I'm just guessing . somebody let me know.

Have you tried a later OS with this machine? I have an old 5300 that 
seems quite happy with a 4GB drive, running various OS versions up 
until 9.1.
