I am having problems getting it set-up. After installing the mac software
for the Modem/ethernet car, when I insert it it says the correct software
for this device is not installed would you like to eject it now? I cannot
get into the tcp/ip control panel either. it says something about the tcp/ip
prefs file is locked or in use...

All I know is the guy I bought it from downloaded all fo the softaware from
Global Village and burned it off to a cd, I have all the same files the have
on the net, but the software just is not working....

I need help with this, I have no idea why it isn't working.
