Do you have more information about the topic "grounding" ?

I have a D-Link Ethernetcard which is not recognized at boottime.

As if the pc-card software ist not loaded. If i boot with a
16bit card and then exchange the cards then it is recognized.

I really would like to have the Ethernetcard running because i have
to transport large files.
