oh thats easy...

turn appletalk on (both machines)

setup file sharing on the os9 machine, and file sharing for appletalk on the osx machine

make sure both are set to go through the lan (not like the local talk port if its a beige mac)

thats pretty much it

go to chooser in os 9 to connect, go to "connect to server" in osx to connect
