I ran OS 7.0.1 on a PB 145b for many months with only 4 meg ram. Eventually, I think I upgraded to OS 7.5 and then I quit using the machine. I still have it if you want it. The only thing that you would need to do to it is to solder the internal power unit back onto the Main board.
