VST has changed that product a bunch.

There are 190/5300 changers which have 190/5300-only power brick 
connections.

There are 3400 changers which have 3400/3500/WS-only power brick 
connections.

(There are apparently chargers which have dual connections for 190/5300 
*and* 3400/3400/WS power bricks, but I haven't seen those).

There are 3500 chargers (which also accept 190/5300/3400 batteries) and 
have 3400/3400/WS-only power brick connections. These are the scarce ones.

There is different firmware in each, and even the WS charger, which 
accept the ubiquitous 45 W power brick from the earlier machines, has at 
least three firmware revs: 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2.
