Am I remembering that correctly? If so, that might be a cheaper and easier way to get to the same end result. Ciao, Winfidel _______________________________________ If I had to buy a lot of upgrades for the 1400 I would rathe rspend that money toward a junkyard Pismo. PCI architecture, faster bus etc. Seema a while back someone was talking about different disk drives for 1400s. But a DVD drive in one would be a major challenge and in my opinion not worth the effort involved. As much as I like the 1400. -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
