I've got a PB1400 with a screen that went south. I can't quite
figure out what happened, but it has no image or else just vertical
black or colored lines. If I grab two opposite corners of the screen
and torque it, the image appears. It's not always the same corners
and it does not always require the same amount of pressure. The
image will sometimes stay for a while, but I will eventually lose it
if I close the cover.

I'd like to fix it. Any ideas?

Alan

Have you tried the brightness buttons?
