That problem is fixed but now I have a bigger problem. When I put in the card into the PC card slot (top one never did work) on the bottom the computer shits off right away and a strange crackling sound comes from the card and it smells of something burning. I would like to deactivate both PC slots from being recognized from the 1400 and no power goes to them. Is this possible???
