Hi, my powerbook 1400 has a 1 Gb Hard Disk. I have bought a 10 GB iBook HD that i wll to install, but, i want to keep some programs actually on my old hard disk, so, i need to know if i will be able to do the next:
Install a 512 MB CF with adapter as a disk, format it as a MAC Volume, copy the entires files and folders (Macintosh HD copy all to CF), then, install the new 10 GB HD, i also bought a MAC OS 9.1 CD on ebay, so, i will install this OS. Then, insert again the CF and copy the files, programs and folder to the Macintosh HD, format the CF and use it as Virtual Memory. Will i be able to do this?
