Use TomeViewer to extract from the installer tome the 2.5.x control panel. Put that in your CP folder, now the installer will do the full install for you. Or just use TomeViewer to grab all the bits and install 'em yourself. I'd suggest the first option, makes sure all the bits go to the right places.
