Need 2 Sr J2EE Developers with Architecture exp and AJAX skills CAPABILITIES: -Demonstrate highest technical expertise of all phases of web-based Java applications and other various application integrations and solutions -Demonstrate expertise in design patterns, technical decisions, architectural standards, guidelines and best practices -Demonstrate experience in providing guidance and advice to various groups on Java/J2EE architecture and experience on ensuring project on target -Demonstrate excellent ability to communicate to all level of management in written and verbal form Highest-level technical expert in designing J2EE applications to ensure they are robust, extensible, and easy to maintain. Must apply commonly used design patterns effectively. Responsible to identify and address application architectural issues. Educate developers on the capabilities of the architecture and it's appropriate use. Guide development team through design and construction process. Create and continually update documents and communicates to all level of management, including development team to ensure project is on target. Effectively estimate needed resources and timelines. Must be an advisor on key technical decisions, architectural standards, guidelines and best practices. Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. May guide various groups on application systems activities.
