The team is currently without a Level III so they are looking for someone to come in and help to train and develop the team as well as provide technical support over the course of 6 months. This position is ok’d to move immediately. Requirements: 1. Maintain WSS (SharePoint) 3.0 environment from a 3rd level support perspective (engineering). 2. Handle Level III Engineering tickets (Magic is the ticket system, not mandatory to know) for SharePoint. 3. *Cross train and develop other team members on WSS 3.0 and SharePoint 2010 (moving to 2010 so this is a must). * 4.
