The candidate should ideally have significant experience in Flex 2.0, but 1.5 is equally valued so long as the candidate possesses the propensity, aptitude and experience in Flex. Require extensive use of custom MXML and ActionScript code. Flex development experience, creating rich user interfaces for complex applications is required.
