A specific role of the BA analyst is to help embed regulatory requirements in to IRM/IT processes and may involve providing advice to various stakeholders on the subject. This role will require detailed knowledge aboutShell's Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements for this assignment. It is understood that this is a skill set that may not be readily available; therefore, the BA would be expected to havestrong analysis, process development, and communication capabilities, and would be motivated to rapidly learn evolving regulatory areas. Help and guidance will be provided from theDownstream IT Regulatory Compliance Manager as well as utilizing training available through SOU. Multi-tasking capabilities is a must as the role will involve learning multiple areas including: export compliance, data privacy, intellectual property and anti-trust. Aid with web site updates The BA analyst, as a member of the Shell IRM community will develop enough skills to be considered a specialist in IRM regulatory compliance processes.
