Please share the profiles of your available consultants ASAP for the below requirements and also share your updated HOT-LIST for future references to jes...@intonenetworks.com. * * *Position : Hyperion Financial Management – Technical Analyst/Lead* *Reporting To : Project Manager* *Location : Dearborn, USA* *Division / Function: Hyperion Financial Management (Financial Consolidation) * * * *Qualification and Experience * · Basic Qualification CPA/MBA/B E with relevant Hyperion Experience · Preferred Industry Mid/Large size IT Consulting company · Experience 5-10 years (Prior experience as Hyperion Admin is must) · Age 26-36 yrs. * * *Role* · Hyperion Financial Management Technical Lead/Administrator – Installation Support, technical Support relating to HFM Implementations and AMS Projects * * *Key Responsibilities:* · Develop and maintain all technical aspects of the HFM / FDM Application which includes constructing metadata and logic changes, data import routines, web form and business rule development, report development and general system maintenance. · Design, Build and modify Hyperion Financial Reports and create complex reports. · Participate in overall effort to ensure HFM and FDM applications are enhanced in a way that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices. · Troubleshoot and resolve HFM and FDM user questions and issues where possible and work with the IT department to address issues that might require joint attention. · Develop and update training documentation. · Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective action. · The position will also be responsible for continued development & maintenance of the FDM application. · Designing & prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementation. · Provide technical guidance to users and management. * * *Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:* * * The following experience will be key to a successful candidate: · Business knowledge of financial accounting processes · Experience with consolidation, reporting and business rules and forms using HFM · Experience with data transformation utilizing FDM · Experience with FDM Batch Processing · Experience with creating and updating meta data within EPMA · Experience with supporting a month end close process in HFM and FDM · Experience with Hyperion reporting tools (Hyperion Financial Reports and Smartview) · Experience with calculation manager · Excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Access, VB Scripts · Excellent in Excel Macro · Excellent in Batch scripting using VB / FDM API *Position : Hyperion Essbase/Planning - Manager * *Reporting To : Engagement Manager/Delivery Manager* *Location : Dearborn – USA* *Division / Function: Hyperion Planning and Essbase * * * *Qualification and Experience:* * * · Basic Qualification CPA/CA/MCA/B E with relevant Hyperion Experience · Preferred Industry Mid/Large size IT Consulting Company · Experience 10-15 Years *Role* · Hyperion Essbase/ Planning Project Manager – Lead customer engagements/projects on Hyperion Planning and essbase with good exposure to financial planning concepts and team management – onsite/offshore model exposure etc * * *Desired profile* · Overall experience 10+ preferably Oracle Planning/Essbase Certified · Participated in minimum 3-4 implementations and actively involved in application design and modeling · Proficient in writing calc scripts · Good working knowledge on FDQM or ODI · At least 2 projects in leading teams as part of Hyperion Planning implementation · Good communication and detailing skills · Ability to work with team and also independently work with customer and deliver · Ability to do initial project scoping and assessment and understand client requirements and map into the application * * * * *"I value referrals from great people like you.
