*Position : QC Admin* *Location: Philadelphia, PA* *Duration : 6+Months* *Job Description:* · Administer QC to maintain and add new projects, fields, workflows, etc. as needed. · Maintain user accounts and authentication via LDAP/Active Directory. Ensure users have the right roles/permissions to accomplish their goals. · Support multiple ongoing projects. · Work with the Validation team to define and implement solutions that ensure regulatory compliance. · Assess need for QC upgrades; specify, execute and verify upgrade procedures. · Develop integrations to related systems to exchange requirements and defect information. · Create QC dashboards and reports. Work with the BI team to produce advanced metrics and reporting capabilities. · Develop accelerators related to Quality Center • Effective utilization of Quality Center license • Consult with IT and business staff to troubleshoot and resolve all QC issues.
