Hands on experience in writing SQL queries. This is critical skill. 2. Working on databases like Oracle, PostGreSQL. Oracle is a must. 3. Working experience on Toad, SQL developer. At least one is a must. 4. Knowledge of ETL environments like Talend. Any environment work experience is required no specifically TalEnd. 5. Experience to work in Unix environment. This is critical. 6. Experience in creating and running Shell scripts, CRON Jobs. This is critical. 7. Experience to work on continuous data flow in a Data warehousing environment. This is critical. 8. Experience in working on following BI tools: Business Objects, Micro strategy or Tableau. At least one is a must. Strong UNIX and Strong Oracle is the Key Technical skills.
