Position Description:
The Technical Business Analyst will perform specific IT related tasks
supporting the global interactions platform launch. The global interactions
tool is a compliance platform to request, preapprove and pay Healthcare
professionals and organizations. The tool is software as a service (SAAS)
based on SharePoint with several integrations between enterprise systems
and the tool. Currently the tool is being built as a global build, but the
integrations are for the United States and Canada (UCAN) Region. Regional
rollouts are now being planned for the global tool. The Technical Business
Analyst must be able to quickly get up to speed on the requirements for the
current integrations, and work with the regional IT teams to determine and
document the regional requirements for similar integrations. The Technical
Business analyst will work with regional IT and business users to identify
integrations from various systems, understand unique instance/country
requirements, assist in creation of vendor SOW/project change requests
(PCRS) for regional requirements, and ensure iInteract and source/receiving
systems requirements are met (data, timing etc). The Technical Business
Analyst will document technical requirements, ensure regional developers
are prepared and understand what they need to build, coordinate work among
IT teams, ensure test completeness of test plans and participate in testing
cycles (unit testing, SIT and UAT). The Technical Business Analyst will
also assist in developing regional requirements for the tool build and work
with the vendor to ensure proper documentation. The Technical Business
Analyst will update data flow and process flow diagrams to ensure each
region’s technical solution is documented, test IT related requirements in
the tool and be the liaison between regional IT teams and the vendor.

Candidate must possess the following competencies:
• Minimum 3 years experience working on global projects with regionally
located stakeholder and coordinating implementation of integrations
• Minimum 7 years direct experience in business process development, data
analysis, requirements resolution, documentation, testing and change
control processes is a must
• Experience documenting requirements for integrations with large
enterprise systems, develop Test Scripts for each requirement and execute
on those test scripts.
• Experience working with SAAS vendors for custom build development
• Strong interpersonal skills – collaboration across multiple business and
technology functions, relationship building and consensus building are a
must
• Strong documentation and oral communication skills to describe the
business and functional requirements for solutions
• Must be a self-starter and work productively with minimal direction
• Must learn quickly and produce under pressure and tight deadlines
• Must be able to demonstrate functional and business knowledge regarding
prior projects
• Ability to identify and clearly communicate issues and bring issues to
resolution
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multi-national,
multi-time zone organization

Technical Skills
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, including system,
process, business analysis, and trouble shooting.
• Ability to read and document/build business requirements, functional
requirements and data/process flows
• Well-developed quantitative skills and analytical thinking
• Experience testing integrations and requirements for large, global
development projects that are SAAS (software as a service)
• Expertise in formulation of requirements, specifically around system
integrations
• Experience planning and participating in Unit Test and SIT (System
Integration Testing) cycles
• Must have strong SQL data querying and analysis skills

Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or
other related field.
• Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) documenting technical
requirements, working with developers on build and testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite including Visio
• Exceptional analytical skills, with strong attention to details and
accuracy; as well as the ability to provide ad hoc analysis
• Knowledge of product management concepts and how enterprise software
products are positioned and developed
• Must have extremely strong documentation and oral communications skills
• Expertise with JDE 8.12, WebSphere AIP and DataStage a plus
• Experience working on projects encompassing both IT systems and business
process change a must
