*Behavioural Change Management ConsultantCity: * *Houston, TX1 Year Contract * *Job Description:* The Behavioural Change Management Consultant role is responsible for: Execution of the following components of the Behavioural Change Management activities on the project: Leadership Alignment, Stakeholder Communication & Engagement, Training and Analysis & Measurement. Planning and developing the following key deliverables, in collaboration with members of the program/project team: Change Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Engagement Plan, Communication & Engagement Plan and Change Management Plan. Communicating regularly and effectively with stakeholders regarding project goals, objectives, accomplishments, plans, risks, and status throughout the project Meeting facilitation and note taking, development of decision support packages and DE/DRB meeting materials, development of regular and ad hoc program/project communications, and support and maintenance of program/project SharePoint sites as necessary.
