Is a team-player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment which emphasizes establishment of self-organized teams, surrendering control to the team, and being tolerant of imperfection, while helping to drive towards the goal. Inspires teams by demonstrating waterfall & Agile values and ensuring the value behind the practices is understood.
