*Duration: 6 months (Extandable)* *Exp:** 8-10 year* Skill: Wintel and VMware *Job Description:* · Should have 8+ year of experience in the relevant Windows technology and able to speak *English and Spanish.* Skills set includes · Windows Operating system administration · Installation, Configuration and Management of Windows Servers 2008 and 2003 · Setup and Management of DNS, WINS and DHCP · Server Startup and Shutdown · Identify tasks Affecting the Boot Process · Customizing startup and shutdown services and processes · Disk Space & File System Administration · Resolving disk space problems (cleaning up the junk) · Physical Disk configuration,Movement · OS Patch Upgrade and Updates · Active Directory and Group Policy Management · Troubleshooting Skills · Analyze system log and event viewer logs on the system in problem determination mode · Identify performance bottlenecks – CPU, memory, disk, network · Manage process – prioritize or kill for acceptable performance · Use inbuilt OS tools / command to identify the trouble area and possible resolutions · Excellent experience in Windows server administration at advanced level for Windows 2008 and Windows 2003 servers. · Experience in Monitoring hardware and OS using any 3rd party tools · VMware Administration · Installation, Configuration and Administration of ESX Hosts (ESX is the Hypervisor from VMware) and have good experience on hardware and their compatibilities · Installation, Configuration and Administration of vCenter Server · Configuration and Troubleshoot issues related to vSwitches, vNICs etc · Configuration and Troubleshoot issues related to Storages at VMware level. · Update VMTools on all the Virtual Machines (VMs) · Create, Upgrade and decommission VMs · Manage vCPUs, memory, vDisks or Datastores etc. · Create raw device mappings (RDM Luns).
