CCAR Integration Test Lead NYC, NY
Role descriptions: This position is a CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) Regulatory Test Manager within Risk and Finance IT, based in US. This position requires an experienced test manager who can positively impact and transform the programs to support and manage the quality assurance and testing of regulatory and compliance programs; CCAR, IHC in support of coordinated, cyclical test cycles and production releases. The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with a high degree of communication, technical, analytical, risk, regulatory and security expertise and broad international experience. The individual needs to be well versed in developing and delivering QA framework for large IT programs for end to end evolving regulatory environments in US to address requirements such as CCAR and IHC. SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Solid understanding of the QA methodology both Manual and Automation. 2. Expertise in creating and implementing detailed test strategy 3. Review documentation to understand testing requirements, test environments and objectives. 4. Define Integration Testing and QA framework & execution plan and comply to process. 5. Identify CCAR test data needs and work with appropriate teams to ensure data is available during the testing phases. 6. Coordinate Integration Testing Processes across the program to clearly articulate entrance-exit criteria and enforce quality. 7. Work with key stakeholders to understand the roadmap, objectives, milestones, and scope of the program. 8. Understanding of CCAR forecasting process, Projections models and regulatory requirements. 9. Work with other testing Teams to define, plan, implement and coordinate integration testing Strategy. 10. Setup an integration testing governance model with all the key stakeholders drive and evolve integration testing lifecycle deliverables standards and best practices. 11. Manage and Implement an integration testing strategy that aligns with program objectives. 12. Follow best practices to define the sequence & schedule to facilitate processing of various upstream and downstream systems besides test data definition, tools, defect management/coordination, etc. 13. Build and manage Integration test environments risk management policies and procedures. 14. Manage the project risks and issues and define appropriate mitigation strategy and remediation plans. 15. Effective Communication Integration Testing Status including defect identification and resolution Reporting. 16. Load Test cases and scripts into testing tool to ensure training is rolled out to participants in the testing cycles and pre-testing activities are completed. 17. Provide day-to-day tracking of issues and status of testing cycles. SKILLS REQUIRED: 1. 10+ years of experience in managing regulatory program testing, environment builds, managing an Integration Testing team through delivery and execution. 2. Understanding of key integration testing methodologies Strong Project Management skills. 3. Good presentation and communication skills, demonstrated ability to produce high-level management and RAG status and steering committee reports. 4. Previous experience managing an Integration Testing team through delivery and execution. 5. Knowledge of Finance, Risk business flows and processes including front, middle, back-office Proven track record in managing large programs in challenging environments, coordinating front to back across large number of strategic applications. 6. Domain knowledge of Risk, Finance, Treasury and CCAR. 7. Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, core Risk and Finance measures, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, PPNR, RWA, Capital, etc. 8. Experience in financial and regulatory systems architecture. 9. Must be able to discuss business and functional requirements with a client and then work with a technical team to help maintain a project plan to deliver on those requirements. 10. Team player with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
