I have position for *Storage/Backup Engineer. *If you are interested than please reply me with your updated resume. *Title: Network Architect* *Location: Milwaukee, WI* *Duration: Full Time* *Job Description:* · Awareness of tech aspect HW/SW, Domain/ Functional Knowledge, Escalation Handling Customer expectation., Know of Applications and Proc., · Knowledge of Systems Engineering, Network Load Balancing, Program Execution & Risk Management, Project Planning and Monitoring, Serv more ... · Initial technical update in every assigned ticket · Troubleshoot on Major issues like Link down, Equipment Failure, site isolation. · Troubleshoot on Minor issues like Slow Browsing, Latency and packet drops issues. · Troubleshooting Routing issues. · Book Trouble ticket with the Supplier ISP for Link related issues and follow up with them. · Work on DNS related issue for internet circuit. · Take ownership of Change Request Tickets and work toward their resolution. · Tech Leads will work on the escalated ticket to resolve the issue. · Escalated case to L3 will be routing related issues. · Creation of new Policies on Routers switches and Firewalls. · Supervise over the Change Request carried out by the L2 Team.
