*6 months* We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with prior domain expertise with security business processes. This is a with our financial client located in Hoffman Estates, Il * The Business Analyst is needed for each of the following core capability areas:* * External authentication and security * Internal/Teammate Identity Access Management * Internal/Teammate Identity Access Management audit remediation and evergreen processes and monitoring * Responsibilities include: * * Develop requirements approach and scope of work for new projects. * Mentor and lead business analysts on multiple projects within their Capability area. * Manage requirements throughout development and testing cycles including data validation of field mappings. * Organize and validate requirements, and ensure that all requirements follow S.M.A.R.T. standards. * Elicit, analyze and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements. * Serve as a liaison between the clients and developers to ensure that all business and technical requirements are identified, validated and traced. * Assist in the collection of data element requirements and identification of data relationships. * Facilitate joint application review/design sessions (JAD) with clients, technical and vendor resources. * Coordinate other BAs on the team to create and execute requirements management plan. * Assist the PM in capturing and reporting project measurements, actions, risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders. * Validate quality assurance test plan and test cases, and execute user acceptance testing to verify requirements coverage and implementation. * Create a trusting working relationship with the project team, business lead and vendor. *Requirement:* * 7-+ years work experience as a business analyst in IT, and 3+ related capability experience * Understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) principles and systems * Working knowledge and understanding of user roles, roles composition, role hierarchy, role-based access management and segregation of duties concepts. * Experience with business data architecture, data mapping and data management * Demonstrated self-motivation, quality focus, and flexibility to succeed under evolving business constraints and priorities. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with business, security and technical resources. * Experience in documenting current and future state process flow, actors and how job functions may be combined or segregated. * Experience in the financial services industry or equivalent regulated industry * Experience with HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM, formerly Quality Center), or similar requirements management tool. * 4 year college degree, military service or equivalent work experience. * Role & Entitlements Management * Identity Lifecycle Management * Web Access Management * Web Single Sign-on / Enterprise Single Sign-on (ESSO) * Identity Federation * User Provisioning * Access Governance * Privileged Identity Management * Risk Adaptive Authentication.
