Assisted clients in facilitating business meetings on process requirements and developing business cases. *Preferences:* Years Skills/Experience 5 ITIL Service Management *Responsibilities:* · Candidate will perform advanced system administration and design work in the ServiceNow platform. · Must have advanced knowledge and experience populating the ServiceNow CMDB using the discovery, mid-server and SCCM tools. · Lead efforts in the design and implementation of business process workflows in the ServiceNow platform; provide business process analysis and design services; recommend and document future state solutions. · Assist in the development of reports and metrics to measure the health and compliance of Service Management processes. · Assist in the delivery of new modules on the ServiceNow platform. · Communicate problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
