Operations background with ITIL Service Management 3. Monitoring setup, configuration, and reporting (i.e. SiteScope) 4. Linux Systems Administration experience, including Linux support commands 5. Strong knowledge of application architecture in .Net / IIS 6. Able to build and configure AWS templates for new server builds / scaling (AWS cloud formation templates) 7. Demonstrate knowledge of deploying and configuring infrastructure connectivity with SSL / TLS encryption 8. Application support experience / willing to be on-call as needed (in rotation) *Preferred Skills:* 1. Security Administration, specifically Active Directory and Federation (i.e. Siteminder) 2.
