This includes project analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of all processes necessary to internal and external applications. *Essential Functions* • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BA role • Work with management team to define business parameters and initiatives. • Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in IVR domain. • Develop applications and processes based on technical specifications and development standards. • Perform unit testing on all development. • Write clear and concise system documentation. • Keep work area neat and clean. • Perform other duties as assigned. *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities* • Experience programming high-quality web and mobile apps containing rich content and user interface components, using HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Javascript, REST/JSON. • Experience and comprehensive understanding of OO principles and design patterns • Comprehensive understanding of both SDLC & Agile • IVR programming experience • Systems analysis and design. • Knowledge of relational database design to third normal form. • Proficient keyboarding skills. • Database design for MS SQL Server. • Knowledge of Windows operating systems. • Professional attitude, enthusiastic and reliable. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. *Minimum Qualifications* • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience. • Two to three years of in-depth experience creating business related applications. • A demonstrated track record of working on projects to success following established timelines and budgets After reviewing your resume, I believe you could be a good match for this opportunity.
