*Position: SharePoint Developer* *Location: Kansas City, MO* *Duration: Long term (12 Months)* *VISA: No Constraints* *No # Positions: 2* Must: - *2016 SharePoint is the requirement * - *Need 2+ years custom forms, web parts and workflow (Nintex or Native) solutions* - *Need 2+ years integrating SharePoint with O365 Tools OneDrive, Planner, Teams, and Flow* Our Client is seeking an Sr-level designer / developer to help accelerate and enhance its use of the SharePoint platform. This position requires a background in SharePoint (either as a power user, designer or administrator), the ability to develop custom solutions such as custom forms, web parts and workflow *(Nintex or Native) solutions*, and expertise integrating SharePoint usage with other *Office 365 tools* such as* OneDrive, Planner, Teams and Flow. * This individual will be charged with developing and configuring both cloud-based and on-premises SharePoint sites that utilize lists, forms, various content types, metadata and workflows that support employees and business processes. Design tasks will include, but are not limited to: building and publishing new content; redesigning and restructuring existing SharePoint sites to enhance aesthetics; improving navigation and usability; replacing outdated content and links; migrating legacy content to modern sites; and optimizing content and formatting for mobile viewing. The successful candidate also will demonstrate the ability to: drive the implementation of SharePoint-based forms and workflows to support business processes; assist other content creators with problem resolution and SharePoint training; develop, build and document specialized projects as assigned; promote effective use of best practices and appropriate tools to fulfill user requests; create effective how-to documentation for all projects and enhancements; utilize tools to develop extensions to, or interfaces with, other supported systems; and enforce all aspects of company IT and security policy that is within his/her control. An existing company SharePoint intranet site - which includes both newly-created pages and migrated legacy content - will provide the foundation for this individual's work. A contract extension is possible at the end of the term, provided that sufficient advancements in the company's use of SharePoint and related Office365 tools have been achieved.
