*Position: Oracle EBS HRMS Specialist *

*Location: St. Louis, MO*

*Duration: 12+Months*

*VISA: No Constraints*




This position supports and provides technical assistance for HRIS (Human
Resource Information Systems) applications for a global, multi-Business
Group environment. Maintain and support Oracle EBS HRMS R12

(HR, Payroll, OAB, Self-Service), Taleo Learn and Recruit.  Extending the
HRMS application using OAF, ADF, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports and Forms.
Modifications of existing code to meet requirements.  Integration with
disparate systems using PL/SQL, XML and System Extracts.  Conversion of
data from legacy systems to Oracle HRMS

In addition, this position will support the Operations team in resolving
production issues as needed. Directs the development, delivery,
installation and support of new software releases, patches and enhancements
to customers. Provides post-implementation technical product support to
customers



·         Provides technical support to HRIS EBS improvements, and
enhancements.

·         Participates in various IT projects intended to continually
improve/upgrade the infrastructure, such as evaluation of new software and
hardware required to meet a business need or to make a process more cost
effective

·         Acts as a technical consultant to the enterprise, helps identify
major areas of development, leads research and prototyping of innovative
technologies and products

·         Responsible for product delivery and deployment for new product
releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service
or service pack releases. Respond to customer requests.

·         Proactively assists the Technical Services Manager, in defining
direction for future projects

·         Manage the configuration of the application based on business
unit requirements and Emerson’s standards for Human Resources, Payroll and
Benefits modules.

·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams in different lines of
business to collect requirements for Oracle HCM

·         Other duties as assigned.

   - BS in Computer Science, Information Technology.
   - Fluent in English.
   - 5 to 8 years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS
   R12 modules (HR, Payroll, OAB, Self-Service, Oracle Learn, Taleo Learn)
   - Required expertise in PL/SQL, HRMS API’s, Oracle Reports Fast Formula,
   - Preferred expertise in Oracle Discoverer, OAF, Java, ADF, Workflow,
   AME, Taleo Recruit & Learn (cloud)
   - Preferable experience configuring Taleo Learn and Oracle Recruit
   modules.
   - Preferred experience with technical aspects of Oracle HCM cloud.
   - Experience developing Discoverer Reports using Discoverer Plus and
   Discoverer Administration
   - Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver
   quality performance under pressure
   - Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional
   interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and
   external to Emerson.
   - Deadline oriented with a sense of urgency in meeting project goals
