Please respond back to asi...@tranzeal.com *NOTE : Direct Client Need..!!!!!!!* *Job Title- HCM Cloud Techno Functional Specialist * *Location- Alpharetta, GA/Oakland, CA (Remote until COVID)* *Duration: 6 Months Contract * Note from Manager- -Technical 80% functional 20% -Work flow security, data uploads, bi publisher – HCM publisher -Module- HCM Oracle- payroll skill additional -Communication skill with technical skill *Job Information* Job Taxonomy: HCM Cloud Specialist (Payroll) Job Description: Detailed Description: * Identifies and presents solutions for continuous payroll process improvement. * Implements approved improvement solutions. * Monitors service level metrics. * Monitors payroll-related compliance across the enterprise. * Audits payroll data and corrects data as necessary. * Analyzes payroll variances and payroll general ledger accounts. * Reconciles payroll-related accounts (cash or general ledger). * Ensures accurate and timely reporting. * Identifies necessary changes as identified by internal/ external auditors and implements them. * Manages the day to day activities with payroll vendor. * Ensures vendor produces timely and accurate gross to net processing and pay distribution * Ensures vendor processes interface files and/or performs necessary manual data entry if necessary. * Ensures vendors timely and accurate filing of tax reporting and year end processing. * Provides level 2 inquiry support and provides applicable guidance for resolving any discrepancies. * Resolves employee level payroll problems. * Pre-implementation IT testing post-implementation validation. Skills/Experience: Job Requirements: * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training or experience is required. ** A minimum of 3-5 years related experience in Payroll. * 3rd Party (e.g. Ceridian /or ADP) payroll experience preferred. * Cloud Based HCM related experience preferred. ** CCP preferred. * Organization and time management skills. * Detail oriented, flexible and creative with strong problem solving and analytical skills. * Knowledge of state and federal payroll laws. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, responds quickly, deliver results under pressure and maintain confidentiality. * Commitment to excellence. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Strong written and oral communication skills.
